We prefer a tool with a clear purpose to a promise to solve every problem. A calculator produces a result from assumptions. A guide explains a concept. A conversational assistant helps explore a question. Each format has a useful role and limits.
The interface matters too. Languages, sources and next steps should be easy to find. People should not need to understand the technical workings of AI before using a legal information service.
